Cleans and keeps safe your office and residential premises round the clock and round the year. We generally carry out following regular cleaning services:

Daily cleaning:
·       First sweeping and then mopping all the floors with chlorine or similar required chemicals.
·       Bleaching and later flushing of all toilets
·       Cleaning Mirrors in all Toilets
·       Emptying of all waste bins and disposal of waste matters. All Bins to be washed out with detergent
        and water at least every three month. The bins will be placed dried before putting back in the office.

Monthly Cleaning:
·      All internal windows shall be cleaned monthly. The kitchen area will be thoroughly cleared       
        throughout.
·       The start time for the cleaner shall be after office hours for the monthly cleaning and the cleaner will
        be escorted by employer’s staff as required.

Quarterly Cleaning:

• The ceiling of the whole office area shall be dusted with feather duster/vacuum cleaner/Blower to remove cobweb etc.
• All wooden / steel / thai flush doors and frames are to be cleaned with a duster and sprayed with furniture polish.
• All cabinets and wall hangings shall be cleaned with required chemicals.
• All upholstered furnitures shall be vacuumed to remove accumulated dust.

Rats & Charges:
Rates & Charges are very reasonable and may be decided through negotiation upon volume of work.
